The Cadet Force programmes have long been dedicated to helping 13 - 18 year olds learn self-confidence and improve skills including Problem Solving Communications, Leadership and Teamwork.
Through an innovative new programme developed by The Cadet Vocational Qualifications Office (CVQO), all cadets over 16 have the opportunity to earn a BTEC First Diploma in Public Service - the equivalent of 4 GCSEs at A to C level (4 Standard Grades at levels 1 - 3 in Scotland).

There are no costs associated with the programme however cadets are required to complete the course syllabus which includes supervised adventure training activities and occasional weekend training.360 Squadron was one of the first Squadrons in 3 Welsh Wing to do the BTEC Public Services course. Cadets interested in taking the BTEC First Diploma in Public Services need to be 16 years or over, if your interested contact the CO on any parade night .Cadets that have already signed up for the award are named below:
